Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were exceptionally large with high ceilings, but the layout made using the toilet uncomfortable due to a slatted blind that didn't close properly. The service was excellent, with well-trained and attentive staff in fine uniforms. The location was central and convenient, although there was a bit of traffic noise on weekday mornings. The dining options were good overall, with delicious juices, toast with homemade jams, and tasty local fruits, but the breakfast experience was a bit lacking. The facilities were decent, but the WiFi signal could be better.
Staying at this hotel was like a step back into the colonial charm with modern updates. The rooms were incredibly spacious, bringing back memories of the grand villas in Chiangmai. However, the dining options were not really enough for a complete experience. The service was top-notch, and the location was convenient for exploring the city.
